Ingredients:

For the Chicken:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb), diced or shredded

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)

  • 4oz Hot Honey BBQ Sauce

For the Caesar Salad:

  • 3 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

  • ½ cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)

  • ¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese

  • ¼ cup croutons (optional, for added crunch)

For the Wraps:

  • 4 large tortilla wraps (spinach, flour, or whole wheat)

  • Optional: sliced avocado for extra creaminess

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Chicken:

    • Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil.

    • Season the chicken pieces with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.

    • Cook the chicken in the skillet until browned and fully cooked (about 6-8 minutes). Set aside.

  2. Assemble the Caesar Salad:

    • In a large bowl, toss the romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing, shredded Parmesan cheese, and croutons until evenly coated.

  3. Assemble the Wraps:

    • Lay each tortilla wrap flat on a clean surface.
